Shipping & Delivery

All items are beautifully packaged and shipped tracked directly from our designers.  Dispatch of purchases is within two working days unless otherwise stated.  You will be informed of shipment and sent a tracking number as soon as your purchased is posted.  A gift note may also be added to your purchase if you are sending it as a gift.  Post and packaging costs are a flat rate £10 per item to domestic and international destinations and loyal customers will be issued with a free shipping code from time to time.


The Shophoppingmap Boutique can accept returns for up to 14 days after a purchase is made and we are happy to provide a refund or exchange or credit note on valid returns for the same value as goods purchased exclusive of shipping costs. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return an item, you must first notify our customer services team by email: boutique@shophoppingmap.com and you will be provided with an address to return the item to our supplier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We strongly advise using a recorded delivery method as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.  

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items which have been worn or used.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.  You will be notified as soon as your refund is issued.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at boutique@shophoppingmap.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at boutique@shophoppingmap,com and we will provide you with a return address and ensure that you may exchange your item for the same item subject to availability.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should return your item to our supplier.  This address will be provided to you once you notify us of your intention to make a retuen.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our privacy statement.  We shall never share your information with a third party and We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

You will received a confirmation email once an order is placed.  Shophoppingmap Ltd. reseves the right ot cancel any order and issue a refund should we not have the stock to fulfil the order or should we not be able to ship to a certain destination for reasons beyond our control or for security reasons.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments are taken securely through Paypal and you may use your Paypal account or a Paypal approved debit or credit card to make a payment on our site.
Viewing Orders
Registerd customers may view their order status by logging into their account.
Updating Account Information
Account information may be updated by logging in and changing your details in the settings.
